1.1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once we receive your order, we do a little happy dance & get right to work to get it to you. We will package it with love and care, and we will do our best to dispatch it within 1 – 3 working days from receiving your order. We will send you a notification email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
1.1. DELIVERY FEES
We offer a standard delivery fee of R100 to main cities and towns, and R10 for outlying areas. Please select the correct option. For very outlying areas we might need to utilize a third-party courier service that delivers to a collection point closest to you. We will be in contact if necessary. PEP Paxi is always an option if the parcel size allows. We will get in contact with the best delivery option for you.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over R1 000, provided that it is not a very outlying area. If necessary, we will be in contact to discuss.
1.2. DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery to main cities and towns usually takes between 3 and 4 working days and all other areas could take between 4 to 8 working days.
1.3 CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Please make sure that your delivery address details are correct at checkout. We will need to re-charge for delivery if your order is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address & we really would not want you to be unhappy. Make sure that you enter a delivery address where someone will be home to receive your parcel.
2. BACK ORDERS
It might happen that an item is out of stock, but we have already ordered them or we could order them especially for you. If that is the case, it might take up to 5-7 working days for the item to reach us, and we will then dispatch it to you within 1 – 3 working days. We will do our utmost best to get it to you as soon as possible. If you order something on back order with other stock, we will need to keep your entire parcel until the back-ordered item arrives. If you want the rest of your order immediately, you will need to order the back-order item separately.
3. RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if there is anything that you are not happy with.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, in its original packaging, so that it can be put back into our stock. You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we are not liable for the shipping costs of returned products that is not faulty.
We want you to be happy, and we are always willing to chat. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at maria@shineproject.co.za if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we can not accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your return. We will always try to replace rather than refund. If necessary, we will refund your order amount, less a 10% handling fee via EFT to your specified bank account and send you proof. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their side.
